槟城希迪特酒店(又称槟城龙城酒店)(Cititel Penang)

这家酒店绝对是槟城服务最好，最干净的酒店，在槟城算很奢华了，但是价格却不贵，尤其是前台工作人员，他们的服务太出色了，前台有两个人叫RASHVEEN和FAKHRUL，应该还有一个经理，他们给了我们能看到海的房间，而且同意我们延迟退房到2点，我们去升旗山还送我们饮料，全程服务都超级好，酒店的早餐种类也很多，如果下次还来槟城，那一定还是选择这家酒店。This hotel is definitely the best-serviced and cleanest in Penang, considered quite luxurious for the city, though it is expensive. The front desk staff, in particular, provided excellent service. There were two people at the front desk named RASHVEEN and FAKHRUL, and I think there was also a manager. They gave us a room with a sea view, and they agreed to let us check out late until 2 pm. They even gave us free drinks when we went to Penang Hill. The service was superb throughout. The hotel breakfast also had a wide variety of options. If I come to Penang again, I will definitely choose this hotel again.
