I had a wonderful stay at Nightcap at Shoppingtown Hotel from August 27 to 30, 2026. The hotel is clean, well-located, and very convenient for exploring Melbourne. What really stood out was the exceptional service — the staff, especially Mary, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I had a minor oversight after checkout, and Mary handled the situation with such kindness, understanding, and professionalism. I truly appreciated her excellent service and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Melbourne!
