Attentive Service & Excellent Amenities – Highly Recommended! 从入住的第一刻起，这里的服务就让我印象深刻！在 Check-in 之前，客服人员就非常积极且耐心地满足了我关于房间 Block 的要求，安排得非常妥帖。抵达柜台时，工作人员的态度极其温和、谦逊有礼，让人瞬间有了归属感。 关于住宿环境，整体非常干净整洁！我们每天要求房间打扫，保洁人员都按时且仔细地完成。房间内的视野很好，可以欣赏到非常好看的风景。床垫舒适度满分，让我每天都睡得很香。 值得一提的是，酒店其实提供了非常丰盛的早餐！可惜我这次主要是来上课学习的，日程太紧凑，没能亲自享用，也是个小小的遗憾。 房间里的设施也非常完善且实用： 🚿 浴室配齐了优质的洗沐用品 👔 准备了熨斗与熨衣板 💨 吹风机 🧊 实用的小冰箱 ☕ 方便的热水壶 无论是服务细节还是硬件设施都无可挑剔，绝对是一次满分的入住感受！下次来一定会再次选择，也强烈推荐给所有人！ From the very first moment, the service here completely exceeded my expectations! Prior to check-in, the customer service team was remarkably attentive and accommodated my specific room blocking request smoothly. When I arrived, the front desk staff was so gentle, polite, and welcoming, making the check-in process delightful. As for the accommodation, it was exceptionally clean and well-maintained! Daily housekeeping was provided promptly and thoroughly whenever requested. The room also features a stunning, beautiful view, and the bed was super comfortable for a good night's sleep. It’s worth mentioning that the hotel actually offers a very lavish and rich breakfast spread! Sadly, as I was here mainly to attend classes, my tight schedule kept me from enjoying it—a bittersweet miss for me! The room is thoughtfully equipped with all the essential amenities: 🚿 Complete set of bathroom toiletries 👔 Iron & ironing board 💨 hairdryer 🧊 Mini fridge ☕ Electric hot water kettle Everything from service to hardware was top-notch.
