The experience was impeccable from check-in to check-out! The service was extremely thoughtful, and every staff member was warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. The location is excellent—convenient for getting around, with dining, entertainment, and shopping all nearby—yet it’s still quiet and safe at night. The room was spotless, the bedding clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was also tidy and bright. The amenities are very complete: Wi-Fi was fast and stable, and the gym was great too. The most amazing part was the best tea tasting and tea bath experience here, which was completely relaxing and left me with wonderful memories. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit.
